“Overall it was nice, only issues we had were that we ordered a baby cott and never recieved it, even called housekeeping and still never got it. They also were down to 1 elevator, making it take forever to get anywhere. ”

“Excellent hotel. Very efficient and friendly front office staff. Easy access. Good breakfast. Clean facility. Only thing I would let travelers know, there is no snack store or pantry at the lobby or anywhere. They do office free bottle of water and coffee at the lobby and lovely cookies, but not the smaller store like thing you get is some hotels. Great value for money”

“We got a room that was like a shoe box, just horrible and not a picture like it on the web site. When asked to be moved wanted to charge us more money, was sorted and the room was lovely but not as clean as I would like it but that could be just me. No entertainment or not much of a bar or the person behind it serving was lets say not the friendliest. Parking is horrible they have no parking the hotel around the corner at least had better rooms and parking. It was a lovely place but would not stay again.”

“If you’re in town for culture or sports, this is an excellent choice. Centrally located, with decent breakfast included. Friendly staff is excellent too. ”

“Unimpressed by lack of basic personal necessities like complimentary bottled drinking water, bedroom slippers, personal care kit (dental kit, hair comb/cap, facial tissue, cotton buds, etc), percolator (water heater), no bath robe, no complimentary welcome drinks. Although hotel front desk personnel are so accommodating.”

“The room was spacious with a kitchenette! The wooden floor just keeps making sound everytime walked on and even when neighboring room walks. ”

“Good location for getting around.”

“This hotel is probably the best we’ve ever stayed at, both modern and classy, very clean and spacious, and all around pleasant for a vacation stay. My kids loved the pool area (and the snacks!). We will definitely stay here again. ”

“My wife and I stayed here overnight for a getaway. What a beautiful Hotel! We had a King suite and it was great! Staff was great also! ”
