“We spent 5 nights at this hotel and overall enjoyed the stay thanks to the excellent location – right in the heart of the Smoky Mountains – and the very friendly staff we encountered. They made us feel welcome and taken care of. However, the daily housekeeping was far below what we expected. The room was not cleaned properly during our stay, and this affected our experience negatively. With such a wonderful setting and good staff, it’s a real pity that the cleaning service did not match the same standard.”

“This was just a last-minute trip to take my grandkids to Gatlinburg to see the Christmas lights. It was actually this hotel that made our trip everything! My grandkids could not stay out of the pool and the lazy river! The room was neat and clean. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! Breakfast was hot! Eggs, sausage, waffles and the fixins! I will definitely be back!”

“Located within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The parking lot is very small and fills up quickly. You may have to park at their off site overflow parking lot which is located the next street over. The price we payed was not bad, however, prices always change at hotels in Gatlinburg. It may be worth it one weekend and not worth it the next. ”

“When you book a budget hotel, it's understandable and acceptable what comes with it. Out of date decor, lack of certain ammineties, both are fine compromises in order to save on dollars. But cleanliness so never be a compromise. This place was disgusting. There isn't a way to post pictures on here of the bathroom to show how bad it was. I had to find a store and purchase cleaning supplies. And when I ask the the front desk for gloves and said I needed them to clean the room, she wasn't surprised. I could not switch hotels because one, no refunds, and second , was a weekend and hotels were booked. The ones that were available were well over $400 a night. It's such a shame, because of the potential this place has. And it passes me off frankly because If I was affored the opportunity to own part of the franchise I would take pride in it. Wyndham should appalled to have their name on this place. I will be filing a complaint with them and also the BBB, and yes I will be requesting a refund as I had to clean the room along with my sister's room that was traveling with me. Yes, both rooms were disgusting. ”

“Was supposed to have breakfast offered when checking in was advised due to staffing issues no breakfast available. No compensation or discount offered by staff. Totally unacceptable.”
