“I overheard some people being refunded because their room had bed bugs, I don't think mine did but I'm not sure. Anyway that's gross; the room smelled like cigarettes and the shower didn't drain well and was moldy. The bathroom fan/light didn't have an on/off switch so was just on all the time. It was clean other than that but I wouldn't stay here again. ”

In the morning when I went to an empty breakfast area, the front desk said the hotel is being renovated and pointed to a tray of sad looking unwrapped muffins as their “Grab and Go”. Before you choose Clarion, be sure to ask about its current state of renovation and offerings. ”

“If you're looking for a reasonably priced place to sleep, this is it. It offers all the requirements: a bed, a bathroom, wifi, breakfast. The neighborhood is commercial/industrial but it's right off the highway from DIA and a straight shot to downtown Ft. Collins. Just plan to spend most of your time in town. I found the bathroom rudimentary. A tiny sink outside an old shower/toilet room with visible repairs. Lovely view of gravel and highway. ”

“For the location and price, this place exceeded my expectations. It was a comfortable bed, the staff was friendly, and an all around painless and stress free weekend for us. I didn't experience the included breakfast because it was easier to sleep in and find somewhere great to eat 10mins away in downtown. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, would book here again.”

Had to move a couple of times looking for a room that was actually cool since some rooms seem to have AC units that just blew air and didn’t cool the room. Decent breakfast selection and they let us use our rice cooker in the kitchen to prepare dinner. No cooking allowed in the rooms. No pets allowed either. We had to request additional towels at the front desk a couple of times since housekeeping never came the week we were there.”
