Clarion Inn is conveniently located next to i25 and 12 minutes from CSU. The room has a strange smell; and very poor lighting; there is no breakfast as there was in May, the hot tub has been closed and the pool is cold. In the morning when I went to an empty breakfast area, the front desk said the hotel is being renovated and pointed to a tray of sad looking unwrapped muffins as their “Grab and Go”. Before you choose Clarion, be sure to ask about its current state of renovation and offerings.

Super chill and cozy with the one that I love very much!

Not only was room dirty (dust and debris from remodeling and/or moving furniture in and out) walls and ceiling had marks and stains (i'm hoping were food) the bathtub had a wad of hair that I noticed upon turning on faucet. Every "clean" wash cloth and towel had hair stuck in fabric. The tv remote didn't work and the tv didnt have buttons as far as I could see. And aside from the hair in tub and towels the thing that sent me packing at 7 am instead of my 12 pm checkout was the cockroaches that came crawling out of the closet. And because I had no plan B I was left to wonder around the town trying to find a place to shower and change and never found one. So i'm writing this review from a parking lot where I have to sit for the next few hours waiting til I can do what I came here to do and not waste any more of my time and gas. On a side note the staff was super friendly. And the lady who was there when I checked out and told about all the issues would have given me a full refund BUT I prepaid for the room so there wasn't anything she could do for me there so she offered to let me stay in another room. But I declined and she stated she would have the manager Abby contact me when she got in.

I got locked in my room made a complaint. They didn’t wanna change me rooms. Call them when I was locked in the room. No one answered from the phone inside nor from my cell phone.

We stayed for 3 nights (nonrefundable or we would have never checked in). We drove 18 hours to visit Colorado. Advertisement says they have breakfast, pool, hot tub, bar, on site laundry, etc. HOWEVER, they DO NOT offer breakfast, bar, laundry, or a hot tub. The front desk staff was great. Rooms were decent. Beds were clean and comfy. The bathrooms however are ridiculously small, the tub was PAINTED to try to cover up the fact that it has been installed so long the original color was chipping off. You can visibly see water damage from the shower. There was hair all over our towels. I asked for extra towels on day one and they were never brought to me. The parking lot arrangement was absolutely ridiculous!! Although food was in walking distance, the entire reason for booking this place was because it offered breakfast, onsite laundry, and a hot tub.... All of which would have taken some kind of pressure off of me and I would have had a chance to relax... just to get here and they offer none of these things. I was completely disappointed!!
