“Went to DC for a few college visits with my son. We stayed for 4 nights. Location was very convenient to local shops and restaurants. Depending on the time is wasn't more than a $17 Uber ride to the Capital building which was the furthest we traveled. All the monuments were closer. Probably a 20 minute drive or shorter depending on traffic. It was no problem finding an Uber at the inn. The longest we waiting to get accepted by a driver was maybe five minutes.
FREE parking and breakfast. Parking was safe. Breakfast wasn't the best.
Eggs, sausage or bacon, make your own waffles, cereal, yogurt, ok muffins and coffee. The free parking made up for that.
Don't expect luxury since this is a Comfort Inn. It was very adequate for relaxing and sleeping. The beds were ok and the room was clean. We really didn't have one issue. The TV in our room was mounted to the wall and was able to swivel out, this made it ideal to bring a streaming stick... just a little tip.
The hotel was very quiet when we were there and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely book this spot again for our next trip to DC. ”
