“Property was clean and beds were comfortable. It was right off the highway so good location. It had good breakfast and the pool and hot tub were nice also.. would recommend for a good night sleep.”

“Needed a hotel for a weekend stay to attend a funeral. Check in was smooth & quick. All my preferences were met & the staff was courteous & friendly. The room was very clean & up to my standards. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness of a room. The hotel provided breakfast, but I didn't get a chance to experience it. No breakfast only on Sundays. Was told that was the day that they do their thorough cleaning of the kitchen & the lobby. Very satisfied with my stay & Will stay here again when I come back to visit family in Elkhart, IN.”

“We booked for 2 nights as the start of our honeymoon. When we got up to our room, it was dirty. The ironing board was practically sitting in the doorway. The trash cans were full and they were towels all over the bathroom floor. The bed was unmade and obviously had been slept in and half of the lights were on. My husband attempted to call the front desk and the phone would not work correctly. So he had to call the hotel number listed on the website from his cell phone to get a hold of someone. I went down and got the key to a different room. The bathroom sink leaks and the water pressure is very light. Later in the day we left and when we came back our door key would not work. I had to go down to the front desk and get the key reset. Back up to the top floor and the key still would not work. Had to return to the front desk again to get brand new keys. We try not to complain, but this was very frustrating considering we were trying to have a relaxing, enjoyable honeymoon.”

“The facilities and the room were very clean and modern. Everything seems to be new and updated. My queen room was a bit small, but I was traveling alone and after being up for 26 hours, it was all I needed. The only drawback I found was parking. There was no area to park with a trailer. There were several other truck and trailer combinations parked in the paint store parking lot adjacent to the Hotel, so I joined them with my trailer. ”
