“Not the best hotel but definitely not the worst. To be honest it's a lot nicer than the one in Kingsport. Staff was kind and helpful where Kingsport staff is shady hateful and thieves. I would truly recommend this place over Kingsport any day of the week. If Kingsport got rid of that lady at the front desk it would solve a lot of their problems seeing she creates if not all than the majority of them. She steals money uses the facility as she pleases harras customers refuses to give clean linen and if you stay in the actual so call "extended stay" you get no housekeeping at all or linen you have to wash what was there when you walked in. Not to mention the rooms in general are just thrown together missing half the appliances advertised. So for the money you pay I would highly recommend Elizabethton over Kingsport.”
