“静かな綺麗な街でした。 丘の上から見たミシシッピー川や街並みは好きになりました。 ホテルは、掃除に来たり来なかったり？ システムが分かりませんでした。”

“The room wasn't bad for the bargain price we paid especially since all we really needed was a place to rest our heads before continuing to Chicago. Rooms are in need of a remodel, especially the bathrooms but overall not bad for the price. The carpeting in the rooms need some serious deep cleaning.”

“I cannot tell you the last time that I stayed at a BW. Check-in was a little frustrating, as our room still was not ready @ 3:10pm. We were put in another room that was ready with the same room type. We had a king suite w/whirlpool tub-- excellent!!!! The room was CLEAN, VERY SPACIOUS, had a separate bathroom w/tub & shower and a lovely microwave & mini fridge. Plenty of towels & washcloths. I'd live in that suite if I could. They allow pets which was a huge plus (we have two Chihuahuas) so they have lots of nice grass for them to go potty. Check out was smooth. The location could be better, due to it being on a main street, but overall, a great stay!!!!!”

“Toilet doesn't flush always overflow or clogged . - stain on the bed sheet and carpet - room hasn't been vacuumed for weeks - breakfast just waffles - security deposit hold $100 for what ? I feel I was in a homeless shelter. I hope I get my refund and not being scam.”

“I picked this hotel because of the location and the pool. When we got into the room, it was nice and seemed clean. When I opened the bathroom door it smelled like urine. I asked the front desk to send someone to possibly clean it. Though they said they had cleaned it, the pee smell was still strong. I tried running water to alleviate the stench but nothing helped. I called to change rooms but no one answered. The staff was nice and the pool was cool but I regret having spent the money. ”

“first time ever traveling completely alone, i didn’t die or get kidnapped which was my biggest concern. the air conditioner filter was so disgustingly dirty i had to clean it as soon as i got in there. the air conditioning didn’t work that well, the room smelled like it had been smoked in, the drawers were not cleaned. but i was strictly there to sleep and leave so i didn’t make my complaints known as i didn’t want to draw more attention to me being alone. i also didn’t love finding out that there was on elevator and i was on the top floor, as a female traveling somewhere for a week and having a lot of bags that was terrible. ”
