“What can I say, location looks okay on the outside and there's plenty of parking but don't be fooled by that. I fell asleep for a couple hours only to wake up with my body all itchy, checked under the mattress and there was a huge bedbug and several tiny ones around me. Now all of my clothes, backpack, maybe even my car is infested with bedbugs! The next morning I spoke to a guy that was on reception and told him about and he got intense and said okay, thank you for your feedback and did nothing about it. This is unacceptable.”
