The hotel provided a comfortable, modern, and welcoming environment that worked equally well for both relaxation and productivity. The lobby and common areas offered flexible spaces to meet, work, or unwind, while the room was comfortable and functional with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff contributed significantly to the experience by being friendly, attentive, and professional. The property's convenient location near the airport, Speedway, restaurants, and shopping also made it easy to accomplish the purpose of my trip without added stress. Overall, the hotel successfully combined comfort, convenience, and practicality in a way that supported both business and leisure travelers. I would rate its delivery on this promise as 9 out of 10.”

“Our house was being renovated and I was exposed to chemicals that brought on bronchitis. I was told that I needed to live outside of the house for a week. We looked online for an inexpensive place to stay that was clean and free from mold or mildew. We visited five different places near the speedway until we found this little gem. The price was what we were wanting to spend, the room was clean and didn't have chemical smells, no mold or mildew per doctor's orders...we booked it. I went for breakfast the next morning and was pleasantly surprised at what they offered for a continental breakfast. Waffles, sausages, scrambled eggs, cereals, yogurts, fruits, coffee/teas/hot chocolate, etc. But what really made it so special was the staff. They are a ray of sunshine every day. No matter what the problem, we were met with kindness. I was worried that people would think that I was contagious and was assured not to worry about it. I accidentally threw away my room key and they replaced it with a genuine smile. These people are the real deal..not fakes. They have great, positive attitudes. You can tell that they love their jobs and their fellow employees. That's a direct reflection on management. Everybody is happy...and we are happy as a result. I recommend this place. As an afterthought, my husband and I have stayed at very expensive hotels. They pale by comparison to the personalities at this little hotel. The friendliness here is a bright candle in a window that looks out into a world that just wants our money. It's a ray of sunshine in a greedy world. It houses people who really care.”

“Although this is an issue i had with Agoda where i used to reserve apperneantly thi are owned by *** and *** CANCELLED my reservation so the hotel didnt have me reserved and Agoda i guess didn't get the memo and kept sending me confirmation emails about my reservation and since i arrived at midnight you can imaging the headache since its a contactless check in. but the view and area 5 starts!”

“The room that was given to us had a moldy smell. When we asked the staff to be moved they said that they only had two other rooms under the ours, but figured that it would have the same issues since they said we would get the same type of room- so we stayed. The room was not spacious and the a/c was kept on full blast to avoid the mold smell. The only plus was the location.”

“Nautilus Inn was a decent stay. The lobby was super clean and smelled nice everyday. It seemed like the floors and rooms had been updated recently and were done very well. We had a corner room and had a great view. The bathroom however left a lot to be desired. It was dated and kinda run down. Also, the shower water pressure was very low and it took forever to take a shower. The AC unit was extremely noisy, we had to run it at a lower fan speed due to the noise. The AC unit to the room above us had water running out of it which dripped down on our balcony and would splash us while we tried to sit out there. The bed wasn’t that comfortable, it was way too firm and my back was done by the end of our trip. Maid service was hit or miss. It was really good the first 2 days and seemed to get worse towards the end of the trip. The last day they left no wash cloths and I had to go to the front desk to ask for some. Front desk was hit or miss as well. The one lady working wasn’t very friendly and acted like it was a bother to check in. She was also the one who got me more wash cloths and told me my room had been serviced to which I replied it had been but they didn’t leave wash cloths. They also didn’t make the bed which I didn’t mention cause it wasn’t a big deal. The guy at check out was very friendly. Overall I would give this place a 7 out of 10. Had some nice qualities but definitely could use some work. ”
