“For being ON the beach and having a pool, the per-night price is hard to beat. However, the website is misleading. There are no pool cabanas, and the free parking means you double-park and leave your keys with the staff for "free valet" parking. I wasn't comfortable with that, so then had to risk being bothered to move my car if someone needed to get out. Room door deadbolt didn't work, door had wide gap at top (inefficient for A/C, felt insecure), walls paper thin so can hear EVERY word from neighbors, dirty old towels, polyester sheets were hot, A/C fan didn't stay on consistently, and fridge was wobbly. Bathroom shower newly remodeled, and place was clean. But the facilities need work -- pool area and furniture in disrepair, but functional. Room doors should be replaced/fixed.”
