“I booked this motel online and it said it had out door swimming pool but when we got there the rude lady at desk said no pool it’s closed she said I asked why it was closed she said she did not know she said cause he boss said so . I told her I didn’t want to stay there then because my son who has cerebral palsy wanted to swim and if pool was closed we did not want to stay she said she couldn’t conceal the reservation that I had to call whoever I booked it online with that she had no way to conceal it , I said can u see me on that cp your looking at and she said yes she could I said then u can cancel it , I told her I understood that I could be charged a fee to cancel I still wanted it canceled cause it did not have what we booked it for . She said can’t cancel it and I left . My card was charged for two nights I did not even use . That’s wrong if you ask me I realized the charge of some kind but not two nights stay amount. Lesson learned thanks but no thanks won’t book there again false advertising if u ask me . ”
