“Very convenient when needing to visit Cleveland clinic. Able to get quiet comfortable rest when needed after stressful day.”

“I was disappointed at my most recent stay here since my next room neighbor kept TV on very loudly all night. We could clearly hear every word from the news anchor. We were travelling with children and it was late due to a full day of driving, so we didn’t try to resolve the situation ourselves. Some of us complained the next morning that they couldn’t get to sleep. Also there appeared to be some other strange noise coming from within our room, those akin to little four legged friends. My daughter woke up finding her socks had been rearranged on the floor, with a small pine cone inside. ”

“It's next to everything! You can walk to everything in minutes. ”

“The hotel has a lovely vintage boutique style, but we found the room to be overly cramped. We had a hard time maneuvering around between the furniture and our luggage. The bathroom situation is not ideal either, with a pocket door for the toilet and shower area and the sink located outside. The worst part of the room, though, was the view outside our window, which faced a parking garage. We had to keep the blinds closed the entire time, which kept the room very dark. The hotel itself is in a good location if you want to be right downtown. It's within walking distance to 4th Street, Rocket Arena, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and the casino.”

“We stayed here our wedding weekend and the staff made us feel so special!! It was a lovely stay, especially the restaurant, valet parking, and wine hour. My only gripe is the lack of fridge in our room, there really should be a fridge at this price point”

“We stayed at the Hilton to attended the Browns Steelers game. Checking in after the game seemed like a daunting task. The line was over 100 people long but the front desk stayed calm and courteous and it was our turn in about 20 minutes. Everything was decorated for Christmas and it was magnificent. Our room was clean, shower was hot for both of us, and the bed was so comfy I fell asleep quickly. Overall it was a fabulous stay and i already want to come back to explore Cleveland more.”

“Came for a friend’s birthday and it was amazing because the hotel allowed us to come early and decorate with no issues ”
