“I'll admit I was totally unprepared and unaware of the logistics necessary to pay for their attached garage parking OR that we'd need an "escort" from one side of the building (Prospect entrance) to the other (Euclid entrance) and then be handed off to a 2nd person on the Euclid side to simply get to our unit. AFTER THAT EVERYTHING WAS SPECTACULAR. (FYI I went back to the review site I used and neither of these idiosyncrasies was mentioned. So here I am. There is no area available to idle your car to check in; you must do the garage mechanics from a link to an app, to register and get a QR code. My main point is if you have a little one who has to use the facilities stop somewhere for them to use one - don't rely on popping in to the hotel lobby as can be done at other places.)”

“Don't valet park here. They have no parking close and when multiple people are checking out it can take well over and hour to get your car. You could park miles away and get your car faster. That is the only issue with this otherwise very good hotel. ”

Si alquilas carro y no quieres usar el valet o el garage del Hotel, igual está interc9nectada con el garage del hospital. No puede brindarte más, aunque debe mejorar mucho la comida.”
