“I am easy to please. There was a large mini fridge and a microwave. Everything was clean. The only things that could have been better are better larger tv’s with more channels but those things were a plus. I have no complaints to make. Many restaurants are within walking distance. It was a good experience. I also liked the alarm clock and the multi charging station for all my gadgets.”

“This hotel was clean and in a great location being across from the casino. The breakfast was also really good. I just am always surprised by having double beds in hotels bs just putting queen beds. They’re not big enough for 2 people. ”

“4 men, "over 50" motorcyclists on a several day trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway thought it would be cool to stay here. Rooms were clean and large. Other than that it was MEH....long walks to and from the parking deck and restaurant choices. Difficult to locate the proper tower and elevator to our room. We thought it was just us but we met at least half a dozen other guests struggling to find their rooms. Food was OK but pricey! I get it, its a Harrah's Casino, only one of us went into the casino for about 30 minutes. The rest of us wanted a good meal and nice bed. Which we got at a very high price in our group's opinion. ”
