“Great lodge to stay. Staff was the best. Across the street from casino. Quick continental breakfast with juice, coffee and muffins was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again. ”

“This hotel was clean and in a great location being across from the casino. The breakfast was also really good. I just am always surprised by having double beds in hotels bs just putting queen beds. They’re not big enough for 2 people. ”

“Staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and everthing we needed was there. Breakfast was okay. It would have been nice to have a microwave to warm up stuff and bagels would have been good. It was nice to have coffee available. ”

“4 men, "over 50" motorcyclists on a several day trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway thought it would be cool to stay here. Rooms were clean and large. Other than that it was MEH....long walks to and from the parking deck and restaurant choices. Difficult to locate the proper tower and elevator to our room. We thought it was just us but we met at least half a dozen other guests struggling to find their rooms. Food was OK but pricey! I get it, its a Harrah's Casino, only one of us went into the casino for about 30 minutes. The rest of us wanted a good meal and nice bed. Which we got at a very high price in our group's opinion. ”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.”

“Only stayed 1 night but the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we had a quiet uneventful stay. As other reviews point out the breakfast is minimal, but for the price we paid for the room I don't see the problem other reviewers do. Would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.”

“Clean, good value, and helpful staff.”

“Always stay here whenever in cherokee ”
