“The front desk staff was excellent, as was General Manager Ron. However, I experienced repeated issues with privacy. Three times, housekeeping entered the room while my underage children were present, including instances when they were still sleeping. I was informed that weekly cleaning would be scheduled and that staff would enter only at those times. Unfortunately, there was no knocking or identification—housekeeping simply walked in, which was concerning. I am worried about my children being disturbed or put in an uncomfortable situation, especially since I had communicated that I preferred no one enter the room outside of scheduled cleaning sessions. I was assured that no one would enter without permission, which was not my experience. Regarding the front desk team, they are truly outstanding. As for the pricing, I believe it may be somewhat on the higher side compared to the value offered. On a positive note, the location is perfect.”

“The staff were above and beyond! Especially Catherine! She was welcoming, kind and helpful! The beds and pillows were super cozy and location is quiet. The gym is modest but good and the hot tub was relaxing. Only bummers were the pool needed a good filtering as lots of things floating in it and the breakfast left little to be desired, especially for $***/person if you didn’t get the breakfast package. ”
