The front desk staff was excellent, as was General Manager Ron. However, I experienced repeated issues with privacy. Three times, housekeeping entered the room while my underage children were present, including instances when they were still sleeping. I was informed that weekly cleaning would be scheduled and that staff would enter only at those times. Unfortunately, there was no knocking or identification—housekeeping simply walked in, which was concerning. I am worried about my children being disturbed or put in an uncomfortable situation, especially since I had communicated that I preferred no one enter the room outside of scheduled cleaning sessions. I was assured that no one would enter without permission, which was not my experience. Regarding the front desk team, they are truly outstanding. As for the pricing, I believe it may be somewhat on the higher side compared to the value offered. On a positive note, the location is perfect.

We saw bathtub in accessible king bedroom photo and said bathtub. But I was to that there are no bathtub in this hotel. No bed making will be done until you check out. So you have to bring wet towels to front and get new set of towels. Breakfast will be packaged boiled eggs, yogurt, orange, oatmeal bags, coffee, etc. Our first stay at two star hotel. But we are happy that place is new, comfortable bed, least expensive for the high review, near dollar tree,etc Sheets were wrinkly but made when you entered room. Some lints were on the floor. Shinny kitchen and a big bathroom. We would definitely stay there again.

Walking into the room was well lit and very very clean. There were lots of towels of three sizes. The was soft tissue box for the nose. The breakfast was open for several hours allowing me to start my day with a full meal. The best was mid-stay staff came and changed out sheets & towels, dumped garbage and cleaned the bathroom. I highly recommend this location on Cooper Road in Chandler.

Breakfast was not as expected

A newer hotel. Spent 22 nights due to work. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to restaurants and shopping. They offer a grab and go breakfast which is all I need for on the go. Would stay again if in the area.
