“This was our first time at Carmel Beach Hotel. The location was great, close to downtown, the beach and pebble beach golf course. The grounds were immaculate, room was clean and spacious. We got a room with an ocean view- had a row of houses in front but could still see and hear the waves. Our first room had some lights out so they switched and gave us a room with a soaking tub and fireplace. Customer service was amazing and can’t speak highly enough about the staff. Gym was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was served in the room. Bed was comfortable but pillows were pretty flat. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to anyone. ”
