“This was our first time at Carmel Beach Hotel. The location was great, close to downtown, the beach and pebble beach golf course. The grounds were immaculate, room was clean and spacious. We got a room with an ocean view- had a row of houses in front but could still see and hear the waves. Our first room had some lights out so they switched and gave us a room with a soaking tub and fireplace. Customer service was amazing and can’t speak highly enough about the staff. Gym was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was served in the room. Bed was comfortable but pillows were pretty flat. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to anyone. ”

“The property was extremely well maintained. We felt at home the minute we stepped into our room. It was very well appointed. Catherine was the best!!! Breakfast was excellent, and was stocked with high quality food. Brenda was wonderful to us and attended to all our needs. The room was perfect. We stayed in room 209 and it was exactly what we wanted. We would love to come back and stayed in the same room, soon!!!”

“Great price for the location! Breakfast is good but in a smallish area. Staff is very pleasant and rooms are clean and tidy. Nicely updated bathrooms. ”

“Good price point. Room was little older but spacious more than typical hotel room. Did like how big the king room was. Wall Heater was tiny tho for room so was a bit chilly. Pretty close to a lot. ”
