“What we thought was gonna be enjoyable turned out ridiculous. We had a two queen room over looking the parking lot/river on the 6th floor not bad, till we walk in and the bed closest to the window immediately catches my attention by how beat up the pillows looked!! Upon continuing to enter I noticed a couple stains on the same bed which immediately grossed me out I paid over 200 to stay there I expect clean. The floor was filled of debris bathroom floor as well every single towel has a stain on it or looked not washed, not acceptable if I’m paying this money I had to go purchase cleaning supplies and towels to even stay they couldn’t help me at the front desk cuz I was through a booking agency and honestly I don’t think I’d want another room if the housekeeping manager is shutting rooms down like that thinking there good enough to give to a guest! As a former housekeeping supervisor I would f never allowed a room like that to even be look at by a guest let alone stayed in. Best advise pull all sheets back and look at towels before you touch them, you never know if a lazy employee is over the day and decided to just remake the bed or just rehang the towels and that’s sickens me. I have video and photos they keep failing when trying to load here ”

“We crossed our fingers and booked our room extremely last minute. Some crappy reviews had me scared, but this turned out to be a great stay . It had everything we needed and good breakfast. My son left a coat behind, so after a few days I was in town and had to go ask if it was there, and it was! Recommend 8/10”
