“I stayed in Room*** from April 29 to May 4, and the room was extremely cold due to a heating issue. I asked the hotel for a space heater because the room temperature was uncomfortable, but none was provided. During my stay, the hotel acknowledged the problem and informed me that I would receive a 20% refund as compensation. After checkout, I was told to contact Agoda regarding the refund. However, Agoda later informed me that the hotel needed to handle it directly. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails and never received any response. What disappointed me most was not only the room condition, but the complete lack of communication afterward despite a promised resolution. Very poor customer service and follow-up. ”

“On the first day of arrival, clerk charged more $180 and promised to return back when I checked out. But the promise was not proceeded yet. I am not going to revisit this hotel.”
