I think what marred the stay was the lady at reception. We arrived well after our check in time. We were given the keys but upon entering the room it was not cleaned and hadn't been made up from the previous occupants. We had been travelling for most of the day and were exhausted. The lady at reception dismissed our concerns, said we would have to wait for at least another hour and made no attempt whatsoever to be helpful. Very bad customer service. Only when escalated, the manager gave us a different room within minutes. Not hard. The motel it self is ok, reasonably clean and 20 min drive to Cambridge and good public transport connections. There are takeaway coffee cups at breakfast, so you can take it to go. There is a car park but a daily rate for parking.

It’s a nice hotel with cheap rates (always go to agoda for lowest price!), large updated rooms with the essentials, but the best part is THE FREE BREAKFAST: you have like 8 options; pancake machine, waffle machine, bread, cereal, sausage egg and cheese sandwich to microwave, milk etc. and they make cookies throughout the day along with fresh lemon lime water in the lobby. For the price that’s worth every penny! Lastly, some of the staff is great but the other half don’t wanna be there or deal with people and they let you know!that you are bothering them with rhj

I was in need of a room due to overnight work in the area. I simply needed a clean, safe place to sleep for a few hours. Great check in experience. Room very adequate for the price and my needs.

We liked how close this hotel is to the transit system, the free breakfast, the comfy bed, and the functional air conditioner. However, there were some things that we didn't like. First, this is more of a motel than a hotel; our room was on the street level. We were a bit confused when we first arrived because the lobby was a little hard to find, but once we learned the area, it was fine. The place itself needs a big upgrade because it is old... the washroom wasn't the cleanest. The walls are also really thin, so we heard our neighbours. I'm grateful this hotel was cheaper than other places, but I do wish it was cleaner and more modern.
