“Sara the front desk was not the customer service I was expecting from an IHG holiday inn property. She was not able to get my reservation right. Also when I went down to ask to speak to someone about the multiple hotel charges (after the room was paid) she told me there was no supervisor or manager in the property and the next one will come in at 3:00pm. I was expecting more from an IHG holiday inn property especially if it one of the most expensive places to stay here in the area. ”

“Was given a wrong room type initially but the front staff quickly rectified it. Room was small and old but clean. Location was very good. We can walk to most of the restaurants and shops. Wifi was good, free parking for guests. ”

“We’re arrival early and staff very kind to let us check-in early. check-in office and our room are different location, map a bit complicated so we’re lost a bit. The room are clean, parking in front the room very comfortable. But we’re stay the first floor, can hear upstair walk all the time difficult to sleep at night. ”
