“We evacuated here with my husband and sons ahead of hurricane Milton. Literally nothing else was available closer to Tampa and I was a little apprehensive reading other reviews. However the front desk staff was more than accommodating and friendly. Andrew was amazing. Let us check in a little early. Room was very clean. You could smell that it had just been sanitized. Some people mentioned roaches, I never saw anything like that. Bed were comfortable and my picky 12 year old was even impressed with them. Breakfast was nice with hot foods like sausage, eggs, omelets pancakes, biscuits and gravy, grits and oatmeal. Also cold stuff like cereal, muffins bagels fruit and cereal. Nice hot coffee, juice and hot tea. There was a work station for my husband to complete his work while there with computers and printers. Snacks available. A decent gym and indoor pool. Lots of things within walking distance including chick fila, a liquor store, gas station, Walmart, even an urgent care across the street which we ended up having to visit. All in all an amazing stay considering the circumstances.”

“I have stayed a lot of places over time, and I can honestly say I have never had the owner/manager BULLY me into booking my room with him directly and NOT through a third party website or app to save money. Then, when we decided that we didnt want to stay another night there because of this guy's attitude, he has THE NERVE to ask why we were leaving. Rude, inconsiderate, pompous ”
