“There was a lot to be desired. Phones on the room, great, but they need all the cords to work. I had a strange man call my room and show up at my door at 9 o’clock in the morning. Young lady that had to get out of her own bed and drive to the hotel in order to check me in very early in the morning was as sweet as could be. That hair that was left in the shower lipstick that was on the lip of the tub. Eggs in the hallway along with other strewn food. I actually left a night early. The room smelled of mold.”

“When I register for a stay at DoubleTree or Hilton (I have stayed at both independent of each other), I expect 3 to 4 star accommodations. This location was not in keeping with my expectations. After checking in, we went out. We returned late. Upon looking at our room, we noticed that it was not clean. It was filthy! I notified them and they cleaned it. My greatest concern is that I had to ask. A cookie does not make up for the lack of attention to details they were once known for. Their standards are not what they once were. Falling rapidly from 4 stars.”

“아이들과 함께라면 객실에 전자레인지가 있었으면 완벽했을 텐데. 로비에 적당한 크기의 전자레인지를 두어야 할 것 같아요. 너무 작았어요.”
