“제가 머무는 동안 만난 모든 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 정중하셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 특히 아침 식사 시간에 항상 밝고 상냥한 미소로 손님들을 챙겨주시는 가브리엘라 씨가 기억에 남습니다. 저녁에 근무하는 닉 씨는 호텔에서 제공하는 다양한 상품에 대해 친절하게 안내해 주셨고, 정말 좋은 분이셨습니다. 호텔 시설은 항상 깨끗했고, 객실 청소도 완벽했습니다. 매일 아침 객실에 오셔서 청소를 해주셨습니다. 이번 여행은 제 첫 번째 혼자 여행이었는데, 정말 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. ”

“직원들은 그다지 친절하지 않았고, 밖에 보안 카메라도 없었는데, 한밤중에 제 남자친구의 도구가 도구 상자에서 도난당했는데 직원들은 전혀 도와주지 않았어요. ”

“This hotel had my car towed the day before Christmas. I was a guest for 8 weeks. I had no car until the night before I was checking out and leaving the state. I rented a car and parked my rental in an open space outside the front door. Later I went to go to dinner with my daughter for her birthday. My car was gone. I didn’t know if it was stolen. The front desk took 30 minutes to determine it had been towed. I was told I parked in a short term loading space. I went outside and saw a small sign that said 10 minute loading. A very small sign that was not even in front of the space. It did not meet any of the code requirements for due process. It said nothing about towing. I spent 2 hours and 350 dollars getting my car back. I was outraged. I talked to the manager, ***, in the morning. He said they didn’t tow my car. He literally said the company towed my car. Unbelievable. I told him I had informed the front desk about my rental and gave them my license plate the day before. I said how can you tow a guest’s car without notifying them? How hard would that be? He said the tow company is allowed to drive the lot and tow any cars away without asking the hotel or the hotel even asking for a tow. I was shocked. I told him that sounds like he must get a kick back. I asked for a refund. He said he would. He went into the computer and said he refunded it while I was standing there. I never received the refund. How cowardly. I would never stay at this hotel again. I will be forwarding this complaint to Marriott management. ”

“방 안 티비도 크고 유튜브, 넷플, 디즈니 플러스 등등 OTT 프로그램도 원활히 지원됐습니다! 방도 넓고 쾌적하고 전자레인지, 다리미, 냉장고 등등 제품도 있었습니다. 특히 호텔 로비에 작은 마켓도 있고 커피 자판기, 토스트기 같은 것도 있었어요!! 체크인 해주시는 호텔 직원 분께서도 친절하셨고 밤중에 체크인을 하게 됐음에도 빠르게 잘 진행해주셨습니다! 다만 공항 근처라 방 안에서 비행기 이착륙 소리가 종종 들리기도 했습니다. 또 대중교통을 이용하실 시는 버스 정류장에서 호텔까지 약 7-8분 정도 걸어 오셔야 합니다. 공항 근처라 주변 상권에 대해 좀 걱정하기도 했는데 스벅, 서브웨이, dennys, 세븐일레븐 등등 가게가 많았습니다:)”

“Free breakfast?? A pack of grits. There wasn’t free breakfast or any for that matter. Was told it was available from 7am-9:30am and it didn’t exist. Room was clean. No utensils or dishes to use for the kitchenette. Overall, it was quite and I got a good nights sleep.”
