“ Our group of 8 stayed in 3 rooms for 2 nights, including two children. 💭LOCATION: It’s about a 20-25 minute drive from the core area, not very convenient but acceptable. 💭FACILITIES: Compared to standard business hotels, there are some noticeable differences: ❌ There is no bottle water in the room! ❌ There are no slippers in the room. ❌ On the first night, there was only one bath towel in the room. ❌ The telephone in the room was broken! So, every time we had a question, we had to go downstairs. Even on the second day, the phone still wasn't fixed. 💭SERVICE: Shockingly, the hotel doesn't provide daily room cleaning services!! ❌ We were not informed of this when we checked in on the first day. When we returned to our room on the second day and found that no one had come to clean, we went down to inquire (yes, the phone was still not fixed), and only then were we told that cleaning would be provided on the third day! 🔕I do not recommend staying at this hotel！！！”

“Very horrible management. They checked us out of one room and inspected the room gave our deposit back and then put us in a new room and then the very next day made us leave and called the police and said the previous room that we were in that the TV was broken but it wasn't our fault they already inspected it and switched our rooms but then later on that night they want to come back and tell us the TV was broken and still $400 from me and kick me and my wife out on the street we literally had to sleep outside because we didn't have enough money to go somewhere else seeing as though I live paycheck to paycheck right now. Corporate was notified and the police were called but it is a civil matter obviously and they had the power to bully us out of our room and steal our money”
