“We had a short but very pleasant stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Aurora Medical Center Denver. The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were both polite and informative, making check-in and our overall experience smooth and welcoming. The location offered easy access in and out, which was very convenient for our travel plans. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed stay — we would gladly return.”

“Lance was very uncorporating in assisting to resolve check in. He lied about the reasons he refused to check us in. Very rude. Just said “No” without help. I offered to show him my payment and Agoda booking and correct credit card docs and my other forms of ID and he still refused to check us in. We had to drag our bags back to our car, I had to call Agoda for assistance and I had to resolve myself and eventually had to drag our bags back in to lobby and even after my resolution, he was never apologizing whatsoever!! - very poor service recovery for an AGM at a Hampton Inn. Should not be working for Hilton !! Very bad experience with this person and his staff. Very bad attitude and most importantly he lied about his reasons he refused to check us in. We stay at Alamosa Hampton Inn just couple days earlier and had no problem whatsoever. He should be discipline for his attitude and behavior. Hilton need to be notified about this. ”

“ Our group of 8 stayed in 3 rooms for 2 nights, including two children. 💭LOCATION: It’s about a 20-25 minute drive from the core area, not very convenient but acceptable. 💭FACILITIES: Compared to standard business hotels, there are some noticeable differences: ❌ There is no bottle water in the room! ❌ There are no slippers in the room. ❌ On the first night, there was only one bath towel in the room. ❌ The telephone in the room was broken! So, every time we had a question, we had to go downstairs. Even on the second day, the phone still wasn't fixed. 💭SERVICE: Shockingly, the hotel doesn't provide daily room cleaning services!! ❌ We were not informed of this when we checked in on the first day. When we returned to our room on the second day and found that no one had come to clean, we went down to inquire (yes, the phone was still not fixed), and only then were we told that cleaning would be provided on the third day! 🔕I do not recommend staying at this hotel！！！”

Huge rooms with blackout curtains, perfect beds and quality linens, fabulous shower started things off right. 24 hour gym was great as we woke up early due to time change. Fresh breakfast with tons of fruit, the crispiest bacon, and Ishmael at the omelette station ended things on a high note. ”
