“Overall the hotel was very clean. I felt the hotel was more suited for business travelers. Everything was chargeable including room wifi and downtown was not the most walkable area nearby for family. Did not have a good experience while check in and both Agoda as well as Marriot are partial to blame. Agoda combined middle and last name to last name and hence the hotel app was not able to find the reservation. Marriot staff also said reservation not found even with confirmation number. I waited there for 15 mins talking to Agoda customer care when the staff finally pulled out some reservation printout sheet of the day and allowed entry.”

“Good Location and easy in-n-out process. The bedrooms are old but okay. Need some small improvements. For Breakfast there wasn’t anything great. It was similar to a Hostel . Some items like bread were expired. ”

“Best bang for your buck. It’s a nice hotel and it has a very good breakfast. The lead manager was awesome. He had to work a double shift, but was still really nice and helpful. Only complaint I have is the fold out couches and pillows need updating.”
