“Very Nice Staff”

“직원분들이 정말 친절하고 시설도 깨끗해요. 직원분들이 최선을 다하고 계시지만, 건물이 오래돼서 방 문이 뻑뻑하고 난방도 추운 날씨에 제대로 작동하지 않는 것 같아요. 그래도 직원분들은 정말 훌륭합니다. ”

“Good destination good room ”

“We got there early morning and were very tired. Receptionist Mr. Hao was super welcomed us and let us early check in. He was very professional and exactly know how we were so tired and made us feel comfortable. Thank you so much for your hospitality and he made our trip wonderful. I will definitely come back next time. ”

“Was nice.. got the king suite and it was perfect ”

“Staff and the facilities also easy to reach everywhere. Glad to stay here”

“I was double charge since I paid for the hotel via Agoda. The staff member charged my card again and told them the next day to reverse it. Booking this hotel gives you a perfect view of the cemetery next door. (This was on me but good info for the future reviewers)”

“Overall the hotel was very clean. I felt the hotel was more suited for business travelers. Everything was chargeable including room wifi and downtown was not the most walkable area nearby for family. Did not have a good experience while check in and both Agoda as well as Marriot are partial to blame. Agoda combined middle and last name to last name and hence the hotel app was not able to find the reservation. Marriot staff also said reservation not found even with confirmation number. I waited there for 15 mins talking to Agoda customer care when the staff finally pulled out some reservation printout sheet of the day and allowed entry.”

“The junior suite I stayed in was absolutely beautiful and spacious. The views were astounding. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely, with plenty of shops of places to eat. My one and only complaint is that my room wasn’t clean. I found a dirty drink glass in the freezer, 2 used/dirty glasses in the bar area, makeup on a pillowcase (could’ve been a stain, but with the dirty glasses I’m not sure) and a hair clip and fake fingernail on the floor in the bedroom area. Since the hotel was full, I couldn’t switch rooms, but I did sleep on the sofa with the extra blankets from the closet ”
