“I got up in the morning and asked the front desk when checkout time was. I was told 12:00 noon. I went out to do a few errands and came back at 11:00 am to find the cleaning lady in front of my open room. She had taken my clothes and personal items and ut them in the "lost and found". She had thrown away my half box of donuts, my 4 cans of beer from the fridge were on here cleaning cart, and my unopened package of Easter candy had mysteriously disappeared. I was appalled that they would clear out a guest room with clothes, personal items, food in the fridge and on the table, before checkout time without the guest actually checking out. I feel very violated and my daughter was very sad about her Easter candy being stolen from her.”
