“The hotel is decent and it was convenient for what I needed it for. But wouldn't be my first choice of hotels to stay at. Stains on the walls, front door was very shaky if I hit it one good tine with my hip it would pop open. Front desk was extremely friendly, helpful and professional.”

“We were driving all day, to arrive at the hotel at 6 pm. Waited about 10 minutes in line to be told the hotel had no hot water or elevator. Why not call us in advance! At that time there were no rooms at the closest compatible hotels. We had to pay much more and drive to another place after 10 hours on the road ”

“Really wonderful hotel in a great location. Spacious room and sparkling clean. Literally my only complaint is that the parking fee was not clearly communicated, adding an additional $40+ onto our stay. I wish more pillows were available as well. Other than that, fantastic! We plan to stay there again.”

“Great stay overall at Hotel Indigo in Alexandria. The location truly can’t be beat — right in the heart of Old Town and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Our room was comfortable and spacious, which made it a great base for exploring the area. We did have a couple minor issues during the stay. The TV Chromecast kept logging out and disconnecting, which made it difficult to stream, and the fridge wasn’t cold one night. That said, the staff was very helpful whenever we reached out and did their best to assist. Despite those small hiccups, the location, friendly service, and comfortable room made for a really enjoyable stay. I’d happily stay here again.”

“The location is amazing (close to the wharf, DCA airoport, and not a bad drive to the rest of the DMV and staff was nice. However, there will be extra surcharges : resort fees, $25 hotel fee (that could be used for the restaurant and if you don't use it, you lose it), $6 water bottles in your room (can't use the $25 credit towards it) & $36 a night parking fee. ”
