“Dilapidated. I paid $53/ night and wasn't planning to spend much time in the hotel. This place was just OK. Everything was very old except the carpet and paint and most importantly the bed I got was above average! Hot tub and pool were usable but this area showed the building's age and condition. ”

“Fantastic ”

“위치는최상 늦은시간 체크인시 주차할돗이 없어 옆쪽 공터에 주차했는데 차가 너무 걱정됨. 직원들은 바뻐서인지 불친절”

“Staff is generous in providing water, coffee & tea for all guest. Room is very comfortable. Breakfast offers plenty of options. Would love to stay again when I return to NM”

“Had really nice stay. Rooms were large & clean. Very nice showers & bathroom products. Nice bars and restaurants as well. ”

“We checked in at the height of the very busy Balloon Fiesta traffic. Marty Ortiz and the team at the Clyde were kind and gracious. They made sure we were taken care of and had a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Everyone working at the hotel was welcoming and warm.”

“We stayed in a suite with one pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately, the heater in the living room malfunctioned, emitting a strong burning smell that triggered the fire alarm. 1. We called the front desk, but no one answered, so we had to go down to find the staff member. 2. When we spoke to her, it seemed she was already aware of the heater issue, as her response was simply that she couldn’t help. 3. She refused to call maintenance as she said there was no one on duty, 4. she said there was no supervisor she can called but asked us come back later when supervisor on duty. 5. She wanted us to get extra blankets and sleep in the room despite the smell, telling us not to turn on the heater. This was extremely unprofessional, and I could hardly believe this was happening at a Holiday Inn Express (IHG). However, finally, at 11 p.m., we were able to find the manager on duty. She immediately addressed the problem and offered to move two of our guests to another room, which was a much more appropriate solution. While the situation was handled late, we were relieved that the manager took charge and provided the help we needed.”

“Très satisfait de la chambre, petit déjeuner très correct. Non loin de la veille ville et bus et quelques minutes de l'aéroport. Je recommande, pour une famille ou un groupe !”

“I would stay there again ”
