“We were in for a funeral and our cousin had just got in before rooms were ready so they came to see us and the owners wanted us to leave because they didn't want anyone else in our room. Mind you we had no heat for a day and the beds on the left side of the building are old and hard. Refrigerator didn't work and was held up by ice packs. ”
