“Room was great! Remind me next time to request the top floor though. Not the hotels fault, but whoever was above us was doing cartwheels 🤸 until after midnight! Doors slamming all through the night… not the best when it comes to soundproof rooms, but it’s a good location and rooms are clean. ”

“Elevator doesn’t work like it should. Bathtub did not look very clean. Empty containers at breakfast and did not refill with more than an hour before breakfast hours ended. Fire alarm went off both nights and was false alarm.”

“We checked in at 3 p.m. on Friday the 13th and that's were our nightmare began. We returned to our room about midnight and told the front desk that we would not be staying for the second night because of car trouble. I was told then there would be no refund even if I didn't stay Saturday night and I paid a $26 upgrade for a non-smoking room that I had already requested when I made the reservation. Now for the room... The beds had dirty covers on the top, sheets, pillowcases, matress covers and even the mattresses had stains on them that you could tell we're urine and there was also pieces of food and hair on every surface of the bed linen. The bathroom door scraped the ceiling so hard you could hardly get the door open or shut. The bathtub was dirty on the inside and on the outside close to the floor there was Mold. The entire floor had black marks on it and you could tell that it had never been mocked. I removed all the bed linen and put them and the towels in a corner a the room. I wasn't about to take a shower or sleep on those bed linens. I left the rooms as clean as I found them. If this all sounds like an excuse to get my $233 back for my 4 hour nightmare of a stay ... you should see all 30 of the pictures I took!!!”
