“We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful luxury tented camp in Central Serengeti. The facilities were excellent, and the whole property was thoughtfully designed with great taste and attention to detail. The location was also fantastic, right in the heart of the Serengeti, which made the experience feel incredibly special and immersive. The staff made us feel truly at home and took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. One of the most unforgettable parts was hearing hyenas at night and seeing lions during the day — it was such a unique feeling to be surrounded by wildlife while still enjoying a very comfortable and refined stay. A wonderful combination of nature, comfort, thoughtful design, and warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again.”

“Our stay at Four Seasons Serengeti was truly unforgettable. During our visit, we had the pleasure of being served by Abdallah (the chef) and Saitoti (the server), and they completely elevated our entire experience. One evening, we asked—half expecting it might not be possible—if they could prepare Aglio e Olio, even though it wasn’t on the menu. Not only did they kindly accept our request, but the dish turned out to be one of the best pastas we have ever had. It was absolutely incredible. What impressed us even more was that Chef Abdallah personally came out to ask how the food was. That level of care and attention meant a lot to us. The next day, they went above and beyond again. Without us even asking, they prepared a special Tanzanian course meal along with another amazing pasta dish, and even made thoughtful recommendations for us. Saitoti’s service was equally exceptional—always attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. We stayed for 3 nights, and while the price is certainly high, the level of service we received—especially from Abdallah and Saitoti—made it completely worth it. This is not just a hotel stay, but a truly memorable experience that we will never forget. Highly recommended.”
