“Despite of it's luxurious facilities it is far from been called a 5 star hotel, not even a 2 star. The reason is the lack of customer service. To start with the rooms set up we requested weren't ready, we were given a half clean room and were told the next day the house keeper will come to made the beds, or we can make ourselves. There is no one helping with bags at all or anything open to get even a coffee which by the way wasn't included with breakfast. The amenities weren't replenished such as half bottle of conditioner used by previous guests, the one with supposed to be cleaned had hair on the bed. We are more than dissapointed not due to the mistakes but mainly due to the lack of attention to the issues, it looks to me they staff working there are in the wrong business. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay on this hotel. Location is very central and breakfast was good for the price. I’d recommend for them to serve more options for breakfast.”

“Nice hotel, with lovely sea view, but misleading of all inclusive, which is not a case, bit mean that not even included tea, coffee or water for dinner.”
