“Although it's quite a walk to the city center, the trade off is to have the beautiful view of Mt Ararat. The toilet is sparkling clean, only thing is that the hot water takes time to heat up and the drains are clogged. Just a minor issue with the drainage that can be fixed. Breakfast is all good. The standard Turkish spread.”

“Staff did all they could to make our stay comfortable, and off street parking was available. The hotel is tired, and the room was very noisy. I mistook the reference to a restaurant to mean evening meals available on site - only take out available. ”

“You already know if you want to stay here - its a tranquil, bohemian guest house a short drive / 20-30 minute walk from town. The hosts are incredibly friendly, the homestyle meals are delicious. And it has the best views of any hotel I've stayed in on the planet. Thank you Mustafa!”
