“Upon arriving at the hotel, the lady at reception handed me my room after making several phone calls. Check-in was slow, and when I entered the room, the air conditioning wasn't working. I refused to take it, and the receptionist told me it was a general problem with AC throughout the hotel. However, after I insisted on not taking the room, she made another call and then agreed to change it to another one that was very good with working air conditioning. The room was truly perfect, and the hotel in general was good and clean. The location was near to ankara Castle, very quiet, although it was situated on a hill. The breakfast was also very good. The money paid worthwhile. ”

“It was very clean, the front desk reception was helpful, and was great to park the car. ”

“👍 The room is quite spacious. Clean. Bathroom and toilet were perfect. 👎 1. Smell of cigarette is strong, although I have requested non-smoking room. Then, upon leaving to check out, I saw the cleaning staff puffing her cigarette in the opposite room. 2. One of lights was not working. 3. Wall is not soundproof. Probably, it's made up of light materials and not the usual standard building material. 4. Some noise in the middle of the night in the neighborhood.”
