“So we booked this facility for 10 days. Initially the room that was allocated had a toilet leak and no WIfi. Spoke to receptionist who very kindly Assisted us to relocate into a room that was near reception with decent WiFi. This happen3d the next day. Massive power cut experience on the day of arrival and 3 more days subsequently due to immense warm weather and again due to no generator, everyone suffered without any eater and air-conditioning. The massive issue that we faced was in lacking tea, coffee, mini bar, bottle of water on arrival etc. None was available. The receptionist Ms Huda very kindly assisted us and provided us with a little fridge in our room ( Staff were excellent ). We still were ok at that point. Main issue started after I started to suffer with severe back pain. The mattress was HORRIBLE and I decided to sleep on the floor. I slept on the floor until we left on the 1st of August. So, the management has to look at themselves and decide to sort these shortcomings. This hotel in my opinion is running on the back of some 3xcellent staffing. I would therefore not recommend this place and advise to opt for better place if u can afford.”

“Was very nice. Me and my wife healing from our loss of baby girl so it's been relieving and relaxing. Hotel staff have been kind and helpful. Hotel is busy and well run. Buffet is well managed. All rooms are the same which some people may find an issue as rooms are some what compact but regardless better than most. Few days before this trip we went to agadir and in comparison, respectfully, Agadir was terrible. Couples and families will not disappointed here. Enjoy eveyerone! ”

“It was a nice hotel, once you get inside the complex. It has a bad reputation. I ‘lost’ my phone, managed to get it back but it seemed part of a lather scam. The manager Said took my number to ‘help’, then consistently would y leave me alone, when I got back to the UK he demanded 15000 euros from me. AVOID, I’ve travelled the world and this is the first place give felt v v unsafe. If they do t f@ck u over, they will try to f@ck u physically. Avoid avoid avoid. Nasty. ”

“The hotel is located near a main street with an easy access to the shops and cafe . The restaurant is amazing - both the staff and the quality of food. I would not choose it for the Summer due to the lack of direct access to the beach.”
