So we booked this facility for 10 days. Initially the room that was allocated had a toilet leak and no WIfi. Spoke to receptionist who very kindly Assisted us to relocate into a room that was near reception with decent WiFi. This happen3d the next day. Massive power cut experience on the day of arrival and 3 more days subsequently due to immense warm weather and again due to no generator, everyone suffered without any eater and air-conditioning. The massive issue that we faced was in lacking tea, coffee, mini bar, bottle of water on arrival etc. None was available. The receptionist Ms Huda very kindly assisted us and provided us with a little fridge in our room ( Staff were excellent ). We still were ok at that point. Main issue started after I started to suffer with severe back pain. The mattress was HORRIBLE and I decided to sleep on the floor. I slept on the floor until we left on the 1st of August. So, the management has to look at themselves and decide to sort these shortcomings. This hotel in my opinion is running on the back of some 3xcellent staffing. I would therefore not recommend this place and advise to opt for better place if u can afford.

Bon séjour malgré quelques points d'amélioration
Accueil et personnel très sympathiques. Chambre et literie agréables mais taies d'oreillers boulochantes et propreté de la Salle de Bain pas au top. Il serait appréciable d'avoir au moins une bouteille d'eau à disposition dans la chambre comme dans la plupart des hôtels. Très agréablement surprise par la qualité du restaurant ou la Dorade est délicieusement cuisinée.

Great location with clean rooms, but there's no activities to change your weather, you need to walk around to get to the sea.
