“Overall, the hotel was decent. The pool is nice for children, though less suitable for adults. We stayed for three nights, and since our main focus was enjoying the beach, we didn't take full advantage of the hotel facilities. Unfortunately, the location felt somewhat inconvenient for us, and transportation services (tuk-tuks/taxis) were reluctant to pick us up from there. The hotel does offer a shuttle to two beaches, but availability is limited with only two departure times: 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Additionally, the front desk staff could benefit from more training in customer service. We encountered some unfriendly attitudes and unhelpful responses. It would be valuable for staff to remember that guests save and make significant financial efforts to stay at their hotel, and tourism is the foundation of their business. We also noticed some inconsistency in service—while checking in and waiting for our tour the next day, we observed other guests receiving welcome drinks, but we were not offered any. On the positive side, the hotel offers tour bookings, has a Starbucks in the lobby, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I recognize we visited during one of the busiest weeks of the year, which may have contributed to some of these issues. Hopefully that was the primary factor.”
