“The house is t as nice as the photos. One of the upstairs showers didn’t work (no hot water). There is no living room space. They put a kitchen table with a couple of chairs in what should be the living room space and a cheap pool table where the kitchen table should be. It has a clean pool with a tiny slide and that was nice but that’s about it. It has 4 double or queen beds so as the review title says it appears that big groups get it as a party house. Kitchen is mostly like a built in hot plate and microwave so trying to cook something is very limited. Overall not worth more than 4000-6000 baht a night. So check the price and if you need lots of sleeping space for a group then it’s ok but there are lots of villas in Pattaya and this one doesn’t have any big benefits vs others. It’s just ok. It worked for a family of three with an older daughter so she had her own room while there for an equestrian event at the Polo Club. ”
