“I have stayed in this hotel for several times. Due to business nearby. Always booked the suite. Spacious room with partially equipped kitchen with basic necessities. Bathroom is spacious and lot of move around area. A super add on to the budet hotel. They missed some cleaning spots but everytime I stayed it got better. Thanks There is microwave and laundry room down below the lobby for the convenience of guests. Parking space also provided. Nong Tao- The kind hearted patient receptionist. She is always smiling and made every guest feel welcomed when entering the hotel. I can say she knows to act professional and make this hotel shine. Security Guard- Always on high alert and never sleeps at night. ( I check in late at night) When I sleep I feel safe here. Reception man at night- He is one of a kind man. He is eager to help and please every guest that enters. He always smile no matter what. He helped me switch rooms with no arrogance or feeling of annoyed. A well suited man for the night shift ;) Nong Tung ( golden hair lady)- Every time I stayed here she never smiled and always spoke in aggressive tone with a hard look of anger. No service mind at all. I do not know how can one hire such a staff for hospitality job ? She should know that her job in in the hospitality sector requires her to act in a certain way managing the front desk of a budget hotel. That one desk resembles the whole hotel. It is such a downturn for the hotel. I encountered some problem during checkout with my latest stay and she explained to me harshly I was deeply shocked. The other receptionist quickly came and explained to me professionally like any other receptionist would do. It was just a 100thb issue. She was not able to manage and explain to me properly and chose temper over reason. I hope later she can leave her personal problem and temper home first before coming to work. Please do not ruin a guest stay by showing this kind of low unprofessional attitude and your personal f”
