“Dear Hotel Team, I am writing regarding my stay at Boutique Hotel Dubna Skala from September 12 to September 13, 2026. I was charged an additional €50 because the room was considered slightly dirty. I understand that the room should be left clean, but I believe this charge is excessive for the condition of the room. Could you please provide me with a detailed explanation of why the €50 charge was applied and what specific cleaning or damage required this additional fee? I would also kindly ask you to review the charge and refund the €50 if it was not justified. I have attached the Agoda receipt for reference. Thank you, and I look forward to your response. Best regards, ***”

“I liked the delicious breakfast and convenient shopping.”
