“The staff is exceptional, they were very friendly and helpful at all times, due to the place is in the middle of nature, it can be difficult to get a cab in the middle of the street, however the hotel has a van in which for the corresponding cost they will take you wherever you need, this was very helpful for us. The place is very nice, cozy and it’s a very good place to rest and connect with nature. We really enjoyed our stay :) !! ”

“The staffs are great and provide us with clear instruction on the hotel facilities and on how to walk across on the frozen Torne river to Ice hotel and worried that we might get cold, Tony loaned us their insulated overall and boots. Breakfast was served in the lobby house which was very warm and feel like home. Even though there are only 3 shared toilets but there always no queue for it, great! Sauna available to warm up after the cold walk on the frozen river.”
