The staffs are great and provide us with clear instruction on the hotel facilities and on how to walk across on the frozen Torne river to Ice hotel and worried that we might get cold, Tony loaned us their insulated overall and boots. Breakfast was served in the lobby house which was very warm and feel like home. Even though there are only 3 shared toilets but there always no queue for it, great! Sauna available to warm up after the cold walk on the frozen river.

Cozy and warm stay in the middle of winter
- Friendly owner, gave us a lot of tips and guides around Kiruna. - Apartment has all the things we need. - Perhaps a slightly later check out time of 12pm would be better than the current 11am.

Wondeful Place!
I only stayed here for one night, but it was absolutely amazing! The glass igloo was so wonderful that I didn’t want to leave and wished I could stay inside forever. Although it’s a bit far from the airport and the station, they kindly picked me up and dropped me off by car, which made everything very convenient and reassuring. It’s a beautiful and comfortable place. Next time, I’d love to stay for more than just one night and come back again!
