“The stay overall was good. There were some hiccups once we checked in. The keys given to us upon check in didn’t work, we were on the 7th floor with a lot of luggage so having to go downstairs was a bit frustrating. Upon entering the room we opened a cabinet and there was a small roach. The bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper (we were a group of 4). The balcony light didn’t work as well as one of the night stand lights also didn’t work. Aside from these issues, we enjoyed the pool/beach area. The hotel was pretty clean overall. ”
