The stay overall was good. There were some hiccups once we checked in. The keys given to us upon check in didn’t work, we were on the 7th floor with a lot of luggage so having to go downstairs was a bit frustrating. Upon entering the room we opened a cabinet and there was a small roach. The bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper (we were a group of 4). The balcony light didn’t work as well as one of the night stand lights also didn’t work. Aside from these issues, we enjoyed the pool/beach area. The hotel was pretty clean overall.

Excellent

Need of more staff
It was ok, short of staff for New Year’s Eve knowing the hotel is fully booked. Only 1 person at the front desk, and later someone else came to help but it made the process slower because that person was apparently in training…

Excellent
It was a great place but that night they had full capacity with 1 elevator working only. And also I reserved a suite with 2 queen bed because it was 4 of us (parents with 2 kids) but my room had only 1 king bed and the sofa was for 1 person. But since the hotel was full I had no other choice

Outdated but great staff
Price was very reasonable. Staff was wonderful but it is very dated (you get what you pay for I guess). Was only there for 1 evening-they have restaurants on site but I looked at reviews/prices and opted to go to a local place by uber. Walls are thin and so you can hear noises outside easily.

Humedad
Buen lugar para despejarte un poco. El cuarto súper espacioso pero demasiado olor a humedad (reservamos un non-smoke room). Solicitamos cambio de cuarto y aunque hubo resistencia de parte del staff nos lograron conseguir cuarto. Aparte de eso, la piscina espectacular y el jacuzzi esquisito✨
